Item 8.01         Other Events.

 

On September 3, 2021, Trevena, Inc. submitted an Investigational New Drug (“IND”) application for TRV045, its novel S1P modulator, with a lead target indication of chronic neuropathic pain secondary to diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Once the IND is submitted, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has 30 calendar days to review the IND.
