Subsequent Events In March 2015, Actavis and the Company signed a letter agreement wherein Actavis agreed to pay the Company $10.0 million to fund the expansion of the Company's ongoing Phase 2b trial of TRV027 from 500 patients to 620 patients. The March 2015 letter agreement does not otherwise amend the terms of the May 2013 option agreement described in Note 10 above.
